Wheatgrass is among nature’s most nutrient-dense foods.  Just 1 oz of wheatgrass juice is nutritionally equivalent to 2 lb of vegetables.  When grown in organic soil, it absorbs 92 of the known 115 minerals from the soil.  Wheatgrass contains 70% chlorophyll, which is known as “life blood” of the plant.
